Ground shipping is free on all AM General parts to the lower 48 states and Canada. Next Day and Second Day Air shipping is available for an additional charge however, these charges can not be prequoted or estimated prior to shipment. A deposit will be taken on all Next Day or Second Day Air orders based on the size and weight of the shipment. The difference between this deposit and the actual charge will either be charged or refunded to your card after the actual cost been determined the following day. Please give us a call @ 513-617-0913 to place AM General Parts orders with Next Day or Second Day Air shipping. All orders must be received by 3:00 pm EST.

 

All AM General parts are subject to a 35% restocking fee. There are no returns on electrical items.

All non electrical AM General parts are warranted for 1 year or 12,000 miles, which ever comes first. You must have your receipt with the purchase date, VIN number and mileage to process a warranty claim.

 

To receive a full refund of your core charge the Original Part that was replaced must be returned in rebuildable condition with in 30 Days of your order ship date. If the part is not in rebuildable condition you will not receive a refund of your core charge. Any core returns received within 31-60 days after the ship date of your order will be eligible for a store credit for the amount of the core charge but will not be eligible for a refund. ANY CORE RETURNS RECEIVED AFTER 60 DAYS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR EITHER A REFUND OR A STORE CREDIT.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, RubberDuck 4x4 shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.

While we make every attempt to verify prices before charging you, RubberDuck 4x4 shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on mis-priced product whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, RubberDuck4x4 shall immediately issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
