Now you can replace your AWD/4WD selectable transfer case with a new 2WD/AWD/4WD selectable transfer case. This will allow you to run in 2WD while on the road reducing friction and improving efficiency. The transfer case shifter will now have 5 positions instead of 4. With the shifter all the way forward you will now be in 2WD which disconnects all power from the front drive shaft. The best deal is that this is a brand new transfer case and is almost half the price of a new transfer case from AMG and you have 2WD thrown in for FREE.
