We strive to keep products manufactured by RubberDuck 4×4 in stock however, due to market fluctuations, we may be out of stock of an item from time to time. In this case, our typical ship time is 7-10 days from receipt of your order. This excludes custom-built items such as Switch Panels. In the event that we would not be able to ship your order within the 7-10 day time period, you will be notified with an estimated time of delivery.
All products manufactured by RubberDuck 4×4 are warranted for a period of 1 year warranty (unless otherwise noted in the product description on this website) to the original purchaser, against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not include shipping damage, improper maintenance, improper installation, impairments caused by accidents, product modifications, or neglect. RubberDuck 4×4 reserves the right to repair or replace the product at our option. This warranty does not cover the shipping costs for return, removal, installation, labor, inconvenience or consequential damages. Effective 8/1/14 AM General no longer offers free Ground shipping to the lower 48 states and Canada. Therefore, you will be charged for shipping once your order is received by us and is ready to ship. In most cases, should you order an AM General part and a RubberDuck 4×4 part, there is no additional shipping charge. Next Day and Second Day Air shipping is available for an additional charge however, these charges can not be prequoted or estimated prior to shipment. A deposit will be taken on all Next Day or Second Day Air orders based on the size and weight of the shipment. The difference between this deposit and the actual charge will either be charged or refunded to your card after the actual cost been determined the following day.
